Dolvett Quince has been a trainer on The Biggest Loser so he knows a thing or two about staying fit and healthy. HollywoodLife.com caught up with Dolvett who reveals his #1 weight loss tip!

The Biggest Loser: Glory Days[1] is well into Season 16, and trainerDolvett Quince[2] admits that the contestants are some of the best yet. So, who are his favorites? And what does he think about the new trainers, JenandJessie?Read on to find out!

The Biggest Loser’: Dolvett QuinceReveals His Favorite Contestants

Dolvett Quince is joined this season by two new trainers[3] onThe Biggest Loser, Jen Widerstrom and Jessie Pavelka[4], plus a familiar face,Bob Harper.

Jen and Jessie are great, Dolvett tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.They truly care about each person that they are responsible for. Its important that you connect with people as you try to assist them in life adjustments. That is a gift. Both Jen and Jessie have that gift!

As for the contestants[5], hes just as impressed. These athletes compared to former contestants on the show, come with an Im ready to be trained attitude, Dolvett explains. They are coachable. When anyone I train has as much or more willingness than me and thats a lot then they will succeed.

So who are his favorites of the bunch? Dolvett weighed in.I will say that Im particularly fond of Scott, Mike, Sonyaand Rob.They are ones to watch, but then again so is Blake, Jordan, Woodyand Damien. See what I did there?!

Though Dolvett is proud of his contestants on theGlory Days[7] season, he still promises to get ready for drama. Teams will be switched, emotions will go crazy, but everybody will kiss and make up, like all families do.

Dolvett Quince Reveals His #1 Weight Loss Tip

We had to ask Dolvett about his #1 weight loss tip because, well, look at him.

Make lean protein the biggest part of your plate, he reveals.

He also has a favorite lifestyle tip[8] that we can all get used to: massages!

Who doesnt love a message? But seriously, massage really is important for the body to recover, so that youre ready for your next workout, says Dolvett, who has partnered up with Brookstone[9]scomplete line of massage products to promote healthy living.Not everyone can afford a weekly massage, but nor do you need to if you have a reliable at-home massage device.

Dolvett will help Brookstone createnew products, including a custom-designed workout recovery massager, which he says are a must have and an often overlooked fitness tool.

Not that anyone will be complaining with Dolvetts secret tip[10], but if you need more convincing, he lends his expert knowledge on the importance of massagesand how it can help you drop the pounds.

Massage is a key factor in weight loss, he says. Massage reduces the lactic acid built naturally in your body, which is what causes the soreness after a workout. I cant train while Im sore most people cant and dont, so they skip workouts. Thats not good or ideal. Massage elevates that stress, not to mention the relaxation it gives you mentally to conquer your day. Youre a better person when your body feels its best!
