You can easily share tips, recipes, encouragement, etc. It can be just like a support group since everybody has some of the same goals in mind.
As you can see, a weight loss challenge is a great place to start or continue your weight loss goals. The guidance given by these companies or by fellow challengers can be invaluable. They are a great way to stay motivated and to push yourself to achieve your set of goals.
