This means you will also find recipes, gift ideas and videos on overall well-being.
Focuses on: Exercise routines with Bollywood music.Strong Suit: Generally, a fun take on working out and ideal for those of you who love Bollywood cinema. There is a focus on abs and group workouts. Length: Short and often under seven minutes But there’s more: They do have a paid service on FitFusion.com, but their YouTube account is a great way to find out if these videos work for you. And hey, who doesn’t love to dance as they work out?

Strong Suit: These short (but powerful) exercises are perfect for those of you who are trying to create a routine or playlist of your own.
