This is such a bullshit….Just by searching for half an hour I've found dozens of "experts" who say this is healthy and good for you and the next one says its bad for you and so on…..<<<Are you fucking kidding me…I feel like im trying to uncover some super conspiracy but im just trying to find a food that will be good for me and help me build muscle….

THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ORGANIC GREEK YOGURT. For a variety of reasons, always pay the few pennies more for "ORGANIC" yogurts / ORGANIC milks / ORGANIC meats and other ORGANIC animal products. Especially when it comes to animal products vs. plant products, organic is better for you. It's also better for the Earth and organic normally means less of a carbon footprint for our lovely planet Earth to have to deal with!!
So basically a shake containing a milk comprised of honey, cacao, and coffee and 2 eggs… thanks also cacao has more magnesium than milk
I've checked Greek yogurt several times in the past from several sources. Greek yogurt, as far as I know, has very little to no magnesium. Even Fage's full fat original unadulterated Greek yoghurt doesn't even list magnesium on their list of minerals…. And Googles nutrition page says 2% RDA per 100g (which is an RDA of safe minimum requirement). Spinach is a good source, ask Popeye ;)
Do nuts boost testosterone?
Don't drink too much Coffee! That can overclock You Endocrine system and make it Tired! Sleep is the Number One Hormonal Brewstation! When that is disturbed a Man is going to get grounded for a while regardless of all the dietary efforts Your making. Your body neds a "Vacation" from Your demanding it to perform the way You want it to perform! What You put in is what You get! You can't just keep taking from Yourself!
