Так что работайте над своим взглядом на мир. ВСЕ ВОЗМОЖНО! Мне врачи запретили заниматься спортом,даже был отстранен от армий. Но мне не помешало верить в то что я добьюсь хороших результатов в спорте. Думаю знаете про Арнольда Швартцзенегера. Так кто из вас знает что он поднимал в 16 лет в жиме лежа 100 кг? Я в 16 выжимал 95 кг,в 17 лет 100 кг. Думаю это хороший результат для моих тогда 68 кг. И это заметьте,без каких либо допингов и пищевых добавок. В 18 лет я уже поднимал в становой тяге 180 кг,с собственным весом в 68 кг. Бегал по 20-25 км в день. Организм не слабел,а усиливался! 20 км можно каждый день бегать? Вы в своем уме? Для среднестатистического спортивного человека это 2 часа бега. Насколько я знаю, даже профессиональные марафонцы делают тренировки такой продолжительности не чаще раза в неделю. Если это делать каждый день, организм не успеет восстановиться и к концу недели будет в чудовищном перетрене.
Про 120 км я вообще молчу, в мире очень мало людей, способных преодолеть такую дистанцию, и делают они это после очень длинной подготовки, явно не раз в неделю.
