    I did the blood volume workout with my trainer/boss and I got bigger but

    I’m doing 4 sets. First set 12 reps, second 10, third and fourth 5-7 reps.
    I would like to get bigger arms but I understand that working them more
    wouldn’t get me to my goal. Any good advice?
