looking for some exercises to tone and strengthen arms, chest and abs by just using my own body weight (i dont have time to go to the gym regularly).
my cardio is okay, cuz usually i jog.
and i dont have a chinup bar or any equiptment.
any suggestions? reps? times per week? time?
