Millie Mackintosh is a walking advert for a healthy lifestyle – just one look at her Instagram feed confirms she is a huge advocate of work-outs and superfoods.

The former Made In Chelsea star is so into exercise that she works out up to six times a week and is addicted to Xbox Fitness – an interactive fitness app with celebrity personal trainers.

Speaking to MailOnline, Millie said: ‘I exercise about four to six times per week. This is more than I used to as my Xbox has helped me as there would be no way that I could get to the gym this often.

‘Jillian Michaels is an inspiring trainer who makes me want to get ripped like her. I try to wear my gym kit when I have a day off to help me stay in a healthy mindset.’

Millie is also a huge fan of Tracy Anderson, whois credited with honing the bodies of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.

She said: ‘Her workouts really challenge my coordination – it’s great that I can do them at home so nobody can see me wobbling around!

‘I am going to take up weekly yoga in 2014 so I will be sure to use her workouts then. I am also planning on meditating more and trying to learn a new skill.’

As well as her passion for exercise, Millie follows a healthy diet regime, too. She loves green juice and is an avid fan of James Duigan’s Clean and Lean plan, as well as the Honestly Healthy alkaline-based diet.

Speaking about juicing, the 24-year-old said: ‘Cleansing is about general well being and health rather than losing weight. There are so many additional benefits for skin and energy too.’

And it seems her healthy lifestyle has been rubbing off on husband Professor Green. ‘I’ve been making us healthy packed lunched recently with loads of protein and vegetables,’ she said.

Stephen makes a great roast. His potatoes are the best.’

Millie, a former make-up artist who always manages looks flawless, revealed her top winter beauty tips as microdermabrasion facials, lots of water, a night-time hydrating face mask, body brushing for lymphatic drainage and argan oil for her hair and body.

Despite leaving BAFTA winning Made In Chelsea last year, it seems that Millie is keen to get back on the our TV screens.

Speaking about her future plans, the confectionery heiress revealed: ‘I have a new TV project this year and I’m going to be expanding my product range.’

How Can I Keep Up My Healthy Lifestyle Over Easter? I have been trying to keep a healthy lifestyle, build fitness and lose a little fat. But I am surrounded by Easter treats, mum has been baking loads, have Easter eggs from family and my bf wants to get me an Easter egg too. Don’t get me wrong, I love how sweet everyone is being, but all of this will just make me I’ll. What should I do?

If you’d like me to be honest, I think that the healthiest lifestyles include enjoying things. So every now and then, let go of the fact that “something will make me fat” and enjoy it. I think that often as people we give up a large part of living just to stay skinny. I used to be that way, and as much as I told myself it was worth it, it really wasn’t. Enjoy it, and don’t go on a guilt trip over it.

That being said, there are several things you can do to avoid extra treats. Stay away from the kitchen as much as possible, as well as where things are being served. When you get things, get just a small bit. I’ve noticed that with a lot of sweetbreads and cakes and such, a very thin slice takes just as long to eat as a thick one and is usually just as satisfying. If not, you can even get a second (which, sliced thinly enough, is still smaller than the thick slices would be). Another trick I’ve learned is “sharing”–if it is a roll or whatever, just eat half of it and “share” the other half with someone else (maybe someone else who either just wants half, or someone who wants more than one).

      Enjoy Easter!

How Can I Live A More Healthier Lifestyle? Hi everyone I am a 18 year old girl who is about to start college in a few weeks. Basically I want to start living a healthier lifestyle, because I want to have more energy than I do now since I am going to have a busy schedule this semester. Do you know of any exercises that I can do at home that could keep me in shape. Also how can I change my eating habits, as of now I just eat whatever I want. I’m 5’0 and weigh 148lbs which is about 30lbs overweight for my height I think.

      Tips of a Healthier Lifestyle:

Give your body the energy it needs
      Stay physically active
Be positive and make your mind fresh all the time by being happy
Keep your mind and body free of harmful drugs and alcohol.
      Practice safe living habits
      Get regular health care

Diet Tips for Healthier Lifestyle: Avoid the tobacco, alcohol, drugs always and also caffeine most of the time. You may be consuming junk food mostly up to now. But that not makes a healthier lifestyle. Make yourself feed on the foods that are healthier like fiber foods, protein based, probiotic based, seeds, nuts, grains which nourish you well and provide the good nutritional value to your body. Also drink adequate water to have a well-balanced hydrated body.

A healthier lifestyle is largely composed of your diet. If you want to lose weight, you will have to create what’s called a caloric deficit- eating less calories than you’re burning each day, without eating too little which could cause you to store fat instead. Some examples of a healthier diet might be have eggs/toast or a lettuce sandwich or oatmeal for breakfast, with snacks in the day being things such as almonds (nuts in general) , fruits, vegetables etc. For dinner, whole-grains pastas, lean chicken, salad, etc are all good choices. Eat healthy, but switch it up too! For an exercise plan I would recommend following a specific routine like The 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. And just try to add more movement in your life as well- every little bit helps!

Good luck, I hope you enjoy college!
