I liked it a lot. I used to be a personal trainer and I was looking for a little motivation to get back into shape and it is all in there. It was like a refresher course for me.

Anatomy of Training Review, February 5, 2012
This review is from: Be Your Own Personal Trainer (The Anatomy of Personal Training) (Kindle Edition)

This is a product I have my trainers review when they work at our bootcamp. A thorough understanding of training anatomy is essential for every trainer – you just can’t fake it. Everything is in here, and it’s an essential resource for every trainer and every facility. In my experience, all of the AFI products and programs do the job of preparing trainers to do this job. A lot of it is passion and energy, especially with bootcamps, but you have to have the background knowledge and info. AFI’s products will do it for you.
