Women who are looking for a new way to exercise that is fun, exciting, and makes them feel good. Every
woman has an inner goddess inside that is waiting to come out. Pole dancing is for those who are ready
    to release it.
Build on your graceful and solid skills from Level 1 and enjoy the freedom of being a more intuitive dancer. Find your own flow by connecting more emotionally with your music. You are encouraged to bring your own music to class if you are inspired. We will build individual routines. We will progressively add combination and more difficult spins and transitions during the session, including inversions if you are ready. This class will focus on building core and upper body strength for part of the class, and teaching new spins and pole movements. We will introduce combinations spins and some basic inversions will also be introduced depending on your level of fitness.
The beginner Level I class will teach you 20-30 tricks, poses, moves and a routine as the class
progresses. Pole tricks require a lot of upper body and leg strength so each class will start off with a warm
up, stretch and pole strengthening exercises and will end with a stretch and cool down. The last class will
be a fun class to review the moves and wear your stilettos. just have fun withit -B-

Any sport which requires you arms. Tennis, cricket, badminton, squash, volleyball.
Also try handstands to elp you achieve your strength, or if you simply canot do that then try doing a handstand against a wall.
Body toning is easy. Pilates, cardio workouts, running, yoga are all good.

Congrats on the 20 lbs. push ups are good, and so are pull ups! To tighten tummy lay flat on back, making sure lower back is pressed to floor do leg lifts. Practice dancing for about an hour a day, dancing will tone & strengthen tons!!! Best of luck!
