    How do you get your vitamins/minerals in this diet? Is it thru 20 percent veggies and 5 percent fruits? Also, you can't "grow a six pack" by not exercising! Perhaps he could've said he lost his belly fat.

    For the 21 Convention this is a disgrace. Talk to anyone who works out or has any knowledge on the subject. Complex carbohydrates provide a way better source of energy than healthy fats. Fats are harder to break down and cannot be used as readily. This guy is not only a waste of time, but a source of misinformation for people who need information the most.

    This guy is a quack trying to sell you his overpriced, useless supplements. Calories are stupid? Calorie and macro counting are the most valuable tools when it comes to improving your body composition. He's trying to cater to lazy people who are looking for the next fad, not willing to take 10 minutes out of their day to measure what they eat.
    He "grew a sixpack"? Go ahead and eat 4000 calories of fat and protein while not exercising, and report back in a year. I guarantee you will grow a nice chunk of love handles. Being in a "fat burning zone" won't do shit to your actual fatloss if you're not in a caloric deficit.
    If you want to get educated on nutrition, stop watching this garbage and look for Mike Israetel, or Eric Helms' "muscle and strength nutritional pyramid". These are people that work on actual nutrutional and exercise science, as well as coach countless people successfully.
    Please don't buy into this bulletproof bullshit.
