I’d try a yoga dvd..its not as harsh on a beginner as some other forms of exercise are…

Charlie brooks dvd it has some very good work outs esp the combat workout. I actually ended up joining classes keeps you motivated i find and is a great way to meet people too.

I have been using two of the ministry of sound DVD’s (Pump it Up) – bear in mind I seriously need to loose weight, I have found these to be quite fun and a good work out. I use these and a yoga DVD (which I don’t use that much).

Clare Sweeney has done a great weight watchers fitness DVD – it has all types – aerobics, pilates, yoga etc, all in 5 minute segmenst so you can do as few or as many as you like but it is recommended that you do so many a week??
P.S – well done at giving up smoking (wish I could!!)
    xx

i happened upon an item called The Bean on JJB Sports TV one night when there was nothing on TV.
Bought it off the website and have never looked back, they have a routine called 7 minute abs and its brilliant and simple, they also have 6 other routines on the same disc, i’d definitely recommend it if you can put up with cheesy american accents!!
good luck with whatever you choose!!

I really like Kathy Smith “Lift weights to Lose Weight” DVD. It has 2 x 20 minute workouts…one for upper body…one for lower body and a bonus abs section. You can do everything at once…or just one 20 minute session each day if you are short on time. The are fast…quick and you only need a pair of shoes and a few little weights and you are ready to go. Great workouts.

if you have LIFESCHOOL on your tv with your package, those are free exersise programs and they are great. its on demand, free.
