There are programs for you to choose and you can select one based on your commitments and fitness level .Alternatively, if you prefer some company, you can join running clubs in your neighbourhood or Safra. Whatever you do, don’t forget to invest in a good pair of shoes.New Balance is my preferred choice if you are planning to go the distance. Lastly, don’t forget proper warm ups…our muscles are cold in the morning and you want to avoid injuries.Most people overlook this important aspect and simply dash off. Happy running!
