It's not sugar, it's the inflammation that is a result ...

It's not sugar, it's the inflammation that is a result of eating sugar. But inflammation is also caused by foods high on the glycemic index. I am in to eating sourdough bread for that reason, it doesn't raise your blood sugar like other breads do, it's low on the glycemic index. Also, honey is the only sweetener that is an ANTI-inflammatory (God made – thank you Jesus).
