I JUST STARTED BACK FULL WEIGHT TRAINING NEXT IS ZUMBA &CARDIO
Was definitely taking longer than 20 sec rest in-between the sets lol. Workout Complete 19.10.2016 – 5.17am.
I have a question. Is it wrong to repeat a certain exercise a couple of times although the timing is different? Like my first exercise is squat, then I have lounges, then another exercises, and then squats again. Thank you in advance! :)
This was a nice add on to the Kettlebell Hiit workout, as it's on the same 40/20 schedule and my legs and hips were already nicely warmed up. The only exercise I struggled with was the toe in dead lifts, which made my back hurt for some reason. Maybe I needed to drop my weight.

best burnout round for any hiit and lower body strength workout, never gets easy, always challenging and you feel it.
kelli what model power block do you use?is it U53?
Omg, I'm so proud of myself, I made it through all the routine (including jump squats) without stopping. This goes to show that just from 4 months of working out with Fitness Blender my strength and stamina is the best it's ever been.
